Within just 2 weeks, we launched the initial stage – the Discovery phase – with a brainstorming session with the IBBA founders. The next steps to tackle were market research and the moodboard phase.

Design & Develop

After experimenting with several UI designs internally and undergoing multiple technical iterations that often shifted the design scope, we finally settled on the optimal direction for the product. Driven primarily by the design system, this stage focused on advancing the product's development and enhancing its feature set.
